1.Introduction and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between 49999bet ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "member"). 49999bet is an online betting and casino service platform operated for users in Bangladesh.

Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the 49999bet website, mobile application and all associated services.
• "Account" refers to your personal user account registered on the Platform.
• "Funds" refers to real money deposited into your account.

4.Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. For deposits of ৳42,000 or more, the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 will apply.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x (ten times) wagering requirement applies to any bonus. This means you must wager ten times the total bonus amount before it can be withdrawn. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry period; expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
• Winnings from bets placed with bonus funds may be added to withdrawable balance, subject to wagering requirements being met.
• It may not be possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse (bonus hunting, arbitrage, etc.) is found, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.4 VIP and Cashback Program

Regular members can advance to VIP tiers and enjoy weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.9%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.2%

Advancement through VIP tiers depends on regular play and is determined by the Platform.

6.Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Operations

All games on 49999bet are operated to ensure fair play. All games including live casino games and slots are secured by SSL encryption technology and use certified RNG (Random Number Generator).

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game result is affected by a technical error or disconnection, the Platform's server log will be considered final. In such cases we will attempt to provide equivalent compensation, but this cannot be guaranteed.

6.3 Software and Automation

The use of any bots, auto-clickers, scripts or other automated software during gaming is strictly prohibited. If such use is detected, the account will be terminated immediately and all funds may be forfeited.

6. Harm to Third Parties: Fraudulent or harmful activities against other users.
7. Illegal Activities: Using the Platform for any purpose that violates the laws of Bangladesh.

10.2 Closed by You
